“I don't want you to hurt him, I love him and I don't want to regret coming here,” Marian said, feeling scared about George's words.
She didn't care about Lydia if she died or lived, but Carson was too important to her, and she couldn't lose him at all.
He was her whole life and despite his neglect towards her feelings, she still loved him and always would.
“Mr George, I need you to give me your word on this matter. You can't harm Carson,” Marian implored, her face filled with distress.
George stood up to his feet and walked to her. He pulled a chair and sat down, then turned the chair to her front.
Marian gasped loudly when he grabbed her thighs and pulled her to himself. He was always a womanizer and would never change.
“You came to ask me for help and I love doing things my way, but don't worry, I'll give you my word. Your little crush is safe” said George with a taunting smirk.
