Sophia's POV
This is both the most beautiful, and confusing thing I have ever seen. My man, my mate, my werewolf mate, just kissed our vamp mate before kissing me... I don't know what to think of it. As though he can sense my hesitation, Sigmund leans in, still holding Rockledge in his other arm.
"I am going to kiss the hell outta you too. I just needed to show these vamps how bonded we are. We are a unit and nothing is going to change that. I don't know how I know it after only one night, but nothing could ever tear us apart."
I lean into him as Rockledge leans into his other side. "Okay, if you say so."
And with that, the day goes on. But how does a day move on from witnessing a vampire slaughter, brought on by their own queen. Gotta say, it did make me hot to see all those bad vamps getting slaughtered though.
I smile as I look up at Sigmund. He can smell my arousal, and he is ready for me. However, I want to be sure that he is done working for the day. This is a weird as hell job
