We had all met at Ruby’s apartment for a few drinks before going out that night. It seems Ruby was still seeing whatshisname, but I got the impression she was getting bored, Millie thought she was James Bond with all the spy stuff she had bought to trap her boss and Serena was still having issues with her mum.
‘I think I’m going to break up with Jason,’ Ruby states as she brings through a jug of margaritas. We all turn to look at each other before back at her, then in unison.
‘Jason?’ Ruby looks a little shocked by all our stares before bypassing it.
‘Yeah, he’s just getting really clingy, he keeps asking if he can leave some stuff here or meet my parents, see you guys again. Honestly it is becoming too much he’s also incredibly dull why can’t here just come here, we do the deed then leave,’ she tuts rolling her eyes as she takes her seat.
‘it’s only been a few weeks after all I don’t know why he is getting so attached,’ she fills all our glasses before we clink taking a sip
