“I, Joy Stone, Alpha of the Diamond Heart Pack, propose to you, Lex Holland, Alpha of the Water Moon Pack, for your hand in marriage and stay bound to me as my soulmate in every way possible. I promise to be your mate not only in matrimony, but also an equal partner in all your happiness and sorrows. I love you more than my own life, Lex, and I am ready to take the next step with you. So will you do me the honour of becoming my husband and letting me show you how much you mean to me for the rest of our lives ?”
“No.” Lex replied with a frown on his face.
The air was pregnant with shock, so much so that many struggled to keep their eyeballs inside their skull.
"I swear to god, this is the wackiest and craziest couple that I have ever seen," Joy heard Kai murmur while a death-like silence descended on the crowd. “Hopefully they will settle for something before we all have grey hair,” he wisecracked.
However, it seemed like the Water Moon Alpha was not done yet.
