“You –” Dax rasped.
“I will move to my daughter’s dorm. She will move to Reyland’s home,” Corien continued flatly, cutting Dax off.
“I will come and go from Lightmoon as I choose. I will travel wherever I please. You and your men will stay away from me, or I will kill them,” he stated matter-of-factly.
“Gravan is not to be harmed, he is not to be touched. You will not cast him out. If you do, I will leave Lightmoon completely,” Corien concluded without blinking, without any change in pace or volume.
Dax stared at his closest enemy.
“You –” Dax whispered.
“Don’t test me, Dax. You and I both know I now have nothing to lose,” Corien remarked, his tone and gaze cold.
