Selene hates the stench of blood. A peculiar trait for a Vampire Queen, but she managed to avoid bloodshed since she had Luke and Veronica at her beck and call. It seems that her luck is about to run out. With Paiste's request for her attendance, she had no choice but to go to the torture chamber and endure the nauseating smell. She gagged when she finally arrived at the dark cavern, avoiding staring at the various devices coated in blood and excrement. She makes her way to the middle of the room, where Paiste and two war dragons stand. "Selene. Happy that you are gracing us." Paiste greets. He motions to the stone wall, where Jones hangs by silver cuffs, stripped bare. Burns and cuts line his toned body, his head hanging to the side. He lifts his face when he feels Selene's eyes on him. The hybrid gasps at his swollen face, barely recognizable from the bruises.
