Elena's
I felt the chill breeze slipping into the layers of my skin, the excitement that awoke with the news, and the money I spent with Liam extinguished with the cold breeze, leaving behind the remnant of dejection I discerned.
Fear crawled through my skin, sending goosebumps through my spine. The hours I spent with Liam and Ethan, minute yet significant, washed away my worries and my predicament, losing to the span of time until this moment.
I stood firmly in the same position Liam had dropped me, tick-tock of the school wall clock moving its tongue clockwise and anticlockwise, each second being counted and continuing, sending a shiver through me. Different questions I couldn't bear to admit flooded my mind.
I knew anytime soon that the time for the morning session would be called when we were all meant to be in class.
I tried to trail back through lanes of memories of how everything unfolded. So funny how I decided to divert my attention to it now; the memories I found
