Lilith jumped, turning so fast her hair flew around and over her shoulder.
Ruzek grinned at her.
Lilith smiled back at him. “Hey,” she waved.
Ruzek mimicked, finding it adorable.
“About the work you said we had to do…” He trailed off when he noticed Lilith glancing around them with searching eyes.
Lilith suddenly remembered what she had to do. Find Blaze but where was he?
“Yeah,” she looked around, “what about it?”
“I won’t be free during the day.” Ruzek said with a frown as he tried to discern what Lilith was searching for or whom she was actually searching for.
