My eyes fluttered open, my heart racing as I jerked up. I drifted my gaze around only to realize that I was in a large speed boat and at the peak was an elderly man and a little girl of about ten.
"Grandpa," The girl called when she had sight on me. The man had rough skin and his face was a bit wrinkled, and I suspected he would be in his late sixties although still as agile as a man in early forties.
"My name is Morgan and this is my granddaughter Zoey," He said immediately after we were seated on the floor. "I found you, in the forest floor and you weren't In any good state at all, so tell me. What is your name and how come you were there?"
