Carsen's POV
"Emily, I want you to listen to me, and I want you to understand that I am not hiding anything from you. There is nothing I am hiding from you, and you know everything about me. You even know where I live, so I do not think there is anything I should be hiding from you," I said to her as I opened up the door for her to come in.
"Then why did you have to come straight into your room without coming to know if I was okay, and why did you have to lock the door of your room if you were not trying to avoid getting into a conversation with me?" she asked me with all seriousness on her face. And I knew that she was going to be so mad at me, but then I had to come down and not get offended by anything that was happening because I had something to do.
"Actually, there is nothing there to hide from you. I only came in to rest as I was really tired after the whole ride. You know that we have somewhere to go this evening, and that is the reason why I just wanted to leave you to rest
