Mixed training is when we take all the groups who normally train privately and mix them together. It would teach our people how to deal with the other species. This would be important in our final fight.
Even though Reggie’s report didn’t have any fae siding with the enemy, but we needed to train them on fighting everyone else. I was excited because the group we had fighting the werewolves today was the fae group along with the superhumans, small cats, and humans. The other large animal shifters were fighting the demons.
I couldn’t wait to see Madison on the training field. She’d been coming home exhausted every afternoon. We’d ended up feeding her twice a day because of how hard she was working.
After breakfast, I headed to the field. It was a nice day and I enjoyed the sunshine. It seemed warmer and friendlier since Madison came back. Not harsh and unyielding.
