Ava’s POV
I woke up to the morning song of birds drifting in, the sunlight filtering through the window casting a yellow like glow across the floor. My body felt heavy and I had a headache.
I tried to move, but a sharp pain shot through my stomach, making me gasp. My mind is slowly drifting back to what happened previously.
I looked around the room, fear creeping in but everywhere looked so peaceful. Was I just imagining things? Was that just a nightmare?
It had to be, Elizabeth will never betray me, u couldn't say the same for Elena but Elizabeth had become like a sister to me. It was just impossible.
My hand instinctively went to my belly, my eyes widened in shock. It was flat, my baby bump gone. I did give birth.
I gasped, clutching my stomach as realization hit me. I didn't have any nightmares, everything happened.
I panicked, throwing the blanket away as I looked around.
