The man’s grip on my wrist was strong, and no matter how much I tried to pull away, I couldn’t break free.
My heart pounded in my chest as I stared at him. “Let me go!” I shouted, panic making my voice shaky. “Arthur will kill you for this, Do you hear me? You won’t get away with it!”
But he just responded with a laugh, almost mocking me. “Arthur?” he said, shaking his head with a grin. “That’s the point. I want Arthur to come for me, Oliver wants him to see this. This is a message he can’t ignore.”
I scoffed, trying to bite his hands but he didn't react to it. What's this man? Was he made of steel?
