Marly POV
When I had entered Carson’s body, I immediately went to his lungs. I could see the infection swarming, like it was alive in his lungs. I immediately attacked it the only way I knew how, head on. There was a lot of poison sitting there, just waiting to get worse. I knew immediately that if I did not do something now, he would not get better quickly. In fact, I worried it might get worse.
I went to work with my healing energy, clearing all that I could see within both lungs. I heard Carson call for me, and I ignored him as best I could. I knew there was one more spot of silver to be cleared as well and I immediately made my way towards his abdomen. I could see how the silver had wrapped itself around his stomach. He must be in so much pain, yet he had not once complained.
