Tia's pov
I didn't know what else to say. I was taken to the place where things were. I didn't even know what was going on. However Jayven was there all the way. He helped me with the things I needed, and without wasting time he helped me to the car.
I had earlier refused to be carried, but then he lifted me when he noticed how slow we were moving.
"Are you kidding me?" I asked with raised brows, and was trying my best to leave his hold, but he didn't seem to let me go.
"Why can't you stop caring about what other say about you? Besides everyone needs a little help sometimes, and right now, you need mine."
I pressed my lips together. I was still very weak and he was still making me laugh. "Maybe you should let me rest a bit. You're making me laugh, and I'm already so weak."
He sighed. "I'm sorry, it's just that I love seeing you this way most times, happy and being the best version of yourself that you can be."
