(Blake's POV)
Tara parked the car without the help of anyone. She seemed to know where to park, and when she unfastened her seatbelt, she looked at Samantha and me.
“Are you two now okay?” She asked as she wore her suit jacket and pulled her hair in a ponytail.
Samantha forced a smile and nodded.
“Why are you not worried, Tara?” I asked, looking at her with lots of questions, but I couldn’t seem to find which one should be answered first.
“Your Mom overreacted-”
“Overreacted?” I repeated, suddenly feeling annoyed with her answer. “We’re talking about Bree here,” I hissed, irking at the way she spoke about Mom.
She rolled her eyes and opened the door. When we got out, it was also the same time someone opened the car’s door parked next to ours.
