I hugged Alpha Red back, whispering into his ear, "I'm sorry. I just needed to speak to my sister in private."
But before I could even finish my sentence, Alpha Red suddenly pulled away, his eyes scanning me from head to toe. I was taken aback by his sudden action, confusion etched on my face.
