I swerved right, going past an incoming vehicle that would have slammed into me and let out a deep sigh.
Today? I was taking my parents to the hospital for a full medical check up, my mum included.
She wasn't diagnosed ill but I wasn't going to take any chances. After all, a woman her age drowning in sorrow of seeing her husband wither away and then depression? I hope it didn't stir up any bad health issues for her.
There was no harm in checking anyways.
