Jeong’s POV
Sitting in my study I can’t help but lean over looking down with my elbows on my desk while I pull my own hair in frustration. Images of Rae’s terrified face after kissing her keeps flooding my mind. What have I done? Moving my hands down to my face I support my chin on my thumbs while rubbing the bridge of my nose with my fingers. What should I do? Will she still be the same or will she distance herself from me now?
Nathan and Gerald walk in without even knocking.
“Wow, what’s got you all bent out of shape?” Nathan jokes as he sees the state I’m in.
Pure annoyance fills within me as I lean back in my chair still pinching the bridge of my nose with one hand. “It’s nothing, I just have a headache.”
