Lessia's POV
As I opened my eyes gradually, everything seemed blurry. The room was dark, calm and totally quiet, it made me wonder where exactly I was. I only got more and more confused as I sat up, feeling the soft bed beneath me.
Last thing I remembered, I was surrounded by a group of men and now I was here on a bed. Did Kian have those men bring me to wherever this was? I wondered as my sight got clearer. If he did, then he sure had a messy sense of humor.
Then I felt someone stir beside me and confirmed quickly that this was really Kian's "romantic" way of bringing me back. I was absolutely sure that he was the one because I could feel the mate bond. But the fact that he just laid there, saying nothing seemed a little suspicious.
"I do not know what you're doing, Kian. But do you think this is funny?" I asked in mild annoyance.
But I was replied by the whooshing breeze instead and it really got me thinking what he was up to. Why didn't he say anything to me? I asked almost aloud.
