Dishes were neatly arranged on the table when I walked into the dining hall. Donning a bland face, I walked over to my seat.
"Morning, Dad," Lila said softly, and I nodded in answer.
"Good morning, Alpha." Ella followed suit. Hearing her soft voice made my breath hitch. The softness and feathery feeling her body had left on my hands last night flashed through my being making me shudder a little.
