“You’ve been in prison too, dad. You too, Grandma. It’s a family record” I say. “I’ve been there just two days” My grandma replies. “Well, two days is two days, you still in prison though” I shrug, my eyes point her. “This is not a joke, Maia” My mom responds. “Oh God, come on! Don’t you think that I don’t know what this family has done? You all are liars” I state. “Watch your mouth, Maia!” My mom exclaims.

My dad suddenly comes and he just talked on the phone with our family lawyer. I crossed my arm and sigh, landing my back on the couch. He sits and he gives me a look “Look, you have four offenses here” My dad starts. “One, you violated public safety. Two, you damaged the company’s property. Three, you attacked someone. And the last, you brought a gun, illegally!” He ends. “Are you fucking kidding me? I shoot the casino’s lamp, not people!” I shout.
