A Forbidden Affair
The air in the room was thick as the electric heat of a mistake was in progress.
"Yeah, right there... Ah," I gasped, the words catching in my throat. Every sensation was surreal, the sounds of skin slapping. Jayden moved with a raw, desperate energy, his tattooed hands gripping me. He leaned down, his breath hot against my ear, a dark, playful smirk tugging at his lips as sweat shimmered down our bodies
"You like that huh?" he murmured, his voice low with a teasing vibration that sent a fresh shiver racing down my spine.
"Hmm," I could only moan in response, my eyes fluttering shut as I let the waves of ecstasy pull me under.
"What the fuck Is it going on here?"
The voice didn't just break the silence; it shattered the room. It was a guttural roar that turned my blood to ice.
Jayden scrambled backward, the bed sulking under his sudden movement. "Shit... " he hissed, his face draining of color as he fumbled for his jeans.
I felt coldness piercing through my nakedness. My hands shook violently as I reached for my dress, the silk feeling like lead in my fingers. I couldn't lookup.
In the doorway stood Richard. He wasn’t shouting anymore, the silence was unbearable. His eyes, usually filled with a composed warmth, were now dark with a devastating betrayal. He looked at Jayden, then his gaze drifted to me half-clothed on his son’s bed.
"Lena..." His voice broke. "How could you?"
He didn't wait for an answer. There was no explanation needed. Richard bowed his head, his shoulders slumped under the weight of a heartbreak he hadn't seen coming, and turned his back on us.
The sound of his retreating footsteps echoed through the hallway.

Smiles on their faces as they enter their separate rooms. She assumed Richard wasn’t back yet. After a quick shower, she changed into her silk nightwear. The lights were dim; walking close to the bed, she sights Richard on the bed.Lying on his side of the bed like he had no worry in this world.Lena paused for a moment, watching him.For some reason, seeing him like that softened something in her chest. She quietly got into bed, careful not to wake him.The mattress dipped slightly.Richard shifted almost immediately.“Lena…” he murmured softly. Before she could respond, his arm found its way around her waist, pulling her closer in his sleepy stat

Chapter: Where Lines BlurLena expected tension the moment she stepped into the house. Her mind had already played out different scenarios: Richard questioning her, suspicion in his eyes, maybe even anger. After all, she had spent the night out.But none of that happened.“Babe,” Richard said casually, walking up to her and placing a light peck on her lips, like everything was okay. The ease in his tone irritated her more.“You don’t care to know where I was?” she asked.“Of course I do,” he replied smoothly. She folded her arms. “Really?”“Jayden called this morning,” he added. “He told me he was with you, so I knew you were okay.”Lena blinked.“Oh.”“Wait… where did you sleep?”Richard hesitated. For the first time, he looked scared to face her.“I… uh…” his gaze dropped briefly, like he couldn’t meet her eyes. That was enough.“Really?” Lena scoffed, brushing past him without waiting for an answer.Something inside her died instantly.Later that afternoon, Lena sat quietly in the living room, her thoughts

Fully dressed. He stood by the counter, scrolling through his phone, barely acknowledging her presence. That alone felt… off.“Morning,” she said, her voice cautious.Jayden looked up briefly. “Morning.”That was it.No teasing, smirk. Or lingering glance.Just… normal.Lena frowned slightly. “You’re up early.”He looked up slowly. "Yeah," he said. She shifted awkwardly, suddenly unsure of what to say. This wasn’t the Jayden she met.The silence was disturbing.A few moments passed before he spoke again.“About yesterday…”Lena looked up immediatel

Chapter: A Forbidden Affair - Too CloseWhile it was just a simple conversation, his personality confuses her. This version of Jayden didn’t match the one she had seen on the first day; he seemed more like a Playboy type, not a sweet guy who takes a girl out for a cozy date.“You’re quiet; what's wrong?" he said suddenly, stirring his drink.Lena looked up. “Maybe I just don’t have anything to say to you.”“Lying doesn't suit you; your expression gives you away."Her brows lifted slightly. "You think you know me?”“You’ve been thinking,” he said, leaning back in his chair. “I can tell.”She looked away, taking a sip of her drink to avoid answering. He wasn’t wrong. That was the problem.By the time they left, the sun had gone lower, casting a soft orange glow across the streets. The walk back to the car made her feel uneasy knowing they were about to be alone at home together.Lena wasn’t paying attention to where she was stepping until her foot caught slightly on the uneven pavement. Before she could react, Jayden’s hand c

Lena lay on the bed, staring at the ceiling as her mind wandered, replaying the events of the day; it replayed in her mind like a stubborn loop. Every time she shut her eyes, she saw him, Jayden. His shirtless body, the confidence that he carries, feels like the world bent to his will.It irritated her.She turned to her side with a frustrated sigh, pulling the duvet closer to her body. Why am I even thinking about him? She muttered quietly. She had come here to spend time with Richard. For peace. Not for… whatever this was.By the time morning came, she had barely slept.Sunlight filtered through the curtains, soft and golden, stretching across the room. Lena groaned softly, rubbing her eyes before sitting up. Her head was banging.“Great,” she whispered. “First day here and I already feel like shit.”She pushed herself out of bed and headed to the bathroom, hoping a cold splash of water would help. After a quick shower, she stood in front of her open suitcas
