From Rebirth, to Revenge
Eva was an orphan who was despised by the pack she lived in. Believed to be cursed, she was an unwanted member of her pack. Dismissed and bullied, she finally decides to take her best friend up on her offer to let her come to their pack to live. Unfortunately, her plan was discovered, and she was forced to watch as her friend and her friend's older brother were killed right in front of her.
Believed to be wolfless, everyone looked down on her in the pack. She wasn't allowed to train or go to school. She was kept separate from everyone and branded an omega, as no power could be sensed within her.
The night she was killed, the Moon Goddess allowed her to be reborn. She wanted to right the wrongs Eva had been put through and lead her back to her family, which she had been taken from long ago.
Now that Eva has been brought back from the dead, she will learn who she is and how to use the power she holds. But what if wanting to right the wrongs that she's been put through keeps her from accepting her second-chance mate? Does she let go of the hate? Or will the desire to punish the ones responsible for her pain make her go too far?

Chapter: She Can't be TrustedChapter 78Easton’s POV My mother mindlinked my father to ask us to come because of a disturbance. He stood up and announced, “We're needed. Your mother told me that something has happened outside the dining hall. Eva has been approached by several she-wolves and things have turned confrontational.” Alpha Reese was right behind us as we ran to get there. I had hoped it was a male causing the problem, whatever it was, when my father first spoke. I had sent out a pack-wide mindlink to tell them to stand down and leave Eva alone. That no more challenges could be issued towards Eva to take her Luna position. I underestimated the lengths that some would go to in order to get around that command. Whoever had approached Eva would be sorry for it. I can promise them that. When we arrived, everything was calm until Eva dropped a bomb on them, telling them that they would fight tomorrow. They hadn’t expected that at all. I started to move forward, but my father held out his arm and sho

Chapter: We Can't Challenge YouChapter 77Baylor’s POV After the fight, Elise and I had gone up to our room. It was a typical girl’s room, but thankfully not over the top. She had no ruffles, and it wasn’t pink. The walls were a calming baby blue, as was the bedding. All I wanted was to be with my mate. Not going to lie, I was a little worried once I realized that my mate was a she-wolf, but she was a feisty one. I swore that with each passing day, my love for her grew even stronger. I was so proud of Elise. She reminded me a great deal of my honorary little sister Eva. Eva didn’t start issues, but she would finish them. Eva didn’t back down, and Elise was the same way. I calmed Elise down, but I agreed with her. That comment was very offensive. These pack members had clearly not learned their lesson yet. I'd hoped that things would go better for Eva here than they did when we first arrived, but I was wrong. Elise and I had been very relaxed when we came downstairs. We had a nice time together in her room

Chapter: Eva is GreedyChapter 76Eva’s POV Despite knowing it would happen, the confrontation was still very unpleasant. No one enjoys being mocked and disrespected, even if it happened in front of strangers. To me, that almost made it worse, as I was supposed to be their Luna. Brenda and Shawna were happy to start up the moment they saw me. I didn’t feel bad about killing Shawna; she totally deserved it. She wanted to kill me right from the start. She was going to hurt me during the fight and then finish me off by forcing Easton to reject me. If I were weaker, that would have worked out for her. I did feel bad about killing her parents. They were defending their pup, or so they thought. The fact that they refused to listen to what really happened was their mistake. I knew she was an instigator the moment we met, so either her parents just ignored it or didn’t care what she did. They would protect her regardless. The fact that this pack seems hell-bent on not giving respect to Easton, or me, until

Chapter: Proud of my MateChapter 75Easton’s POV I have never seen anyone fight like that before, with the exception of the demon twins. I looked over at them, and they were both nodding at Eva like proud parents. I need to learn how to do that, too. I’m glad that Baylor will be staying here, as he will definitely help me strengthen our warriors. They were still staring in surprise at Eva, who acted unbothered, after dealing with Shawna and her family. A shrill scream suddenly broke the silence. “Are you out of your mind, Eva? Why would you do that? You are not even Luna yet. Are you so threatened by other she-wolves that you’re willing to end us all just to keep Easton to yourself?” Brenda shrieked out. “Wasn’t it your friend who made the challenge? I was well within my rights to end her, and Easton agreed. Her parents would still be alive if not for insisting on getting involved in this. This situation isn’t on me; it’s on them. You were the first to confront me, Brenda, and don’t think I’m going t

Chapter: As ExpectedChapter 74Eva’s POV The crowd went dead silent after I told him that he could take her place. Shawna started this, but now hides behind her parents. I knew she hadn’t told them the truth. I’ve dealt with a lot of she-wolves like this in my first life. She thought she would wipe the floor with me, and then finish me off by having Easton reject me. Now that she knows differently, she no longer wants to play. I hate that I was right about what was going to happen when I came here. But I am not scared of her father at all. He is more bark than bite. I can see where Shawna gets it from. He was torn. He was trying to see if I could best him, but it was a fact that most males were known to be much stronger fighters than females. But that assumption wasn’t correct in every case. It just depended on just how strong the she-wolf was. “Dad, don’t do it,” Shawna cried out from behind her mother. She was trying to warn him, but he refused to listen. “I’m not scared of her, Shawna- don

Chapter: You Can Take Her PlaceChapter 73Easton’s POV I know Eva wouldn’t have agreed to the fight if she couldn’t hold her own. She held back and still bested Miranda. She should be able to defeat Shawna easily. Shawna wanted this, so I’m going to allow it. My pack members need to quickly learn that I will be backing my Luna up each and every time. I warned them, and they still refused to give her the respect she deserves. They are way too hung up on whether or not I’ve marked her yet. No one seems to believe me when I say that it was her choice. I won’t let them give her a hard time. I'm going to let the fight happen right now, as Shawna has decided that she no longer wants to engage Eva. I can see that she’s mindlinking someone, probably her parents. I hope they know better than to jump into the fight with Eva. I’m sure that Shawna didn’t tell them that she was fighting their next Luna, and her father is a bit of a hothead. If she wants to drag them into it alongside her, so be it. I will be here to de
