CHAPTER 17

Ciara showed up the next day, except this time, Gideon was around. I felt more comfortable with him being beside me, not like I couldn't handle Ciara myself, in fact, this time I was prepared for her. She dressed a little more decent than the last time in a blue gown, it stopped just above her knees. I wondered if it was because she knew Gideon was going to be home.
