Evelyn POV
I slumped on the bed, groaning and kicking my legs in embarrassment and frustration.
So, I went to the washroom annnnndd I do not want to talk about it.
"Ugh! These cranky beds!" Clara grumbled in her sleep, throwing away her blanket and shifting to the other side with her face facing me.
I groaned again, slipping off my pillow and pulling the sheets over me.
"Let's just go to sleep." I chanted repeatedly, closing my eyes.
Soon, I found myself dozing off. Whether it was the tiredness from riding the bus or how weak Xavier's body was, I slept right away once I let my whole body calm down and rest.
The last thing I saw and questioned was why was there a coffee stain on the ceiling?
My eyes then jerked open but I wasn't sleeping. I was rather standing in a whole white room.
"Did I d
Evelyn POVAfter a while, the door stopped banging and I stepped away from it since I was blocking it by pulling the knob.I took a breath of relief and walked away from the Pink door. I cringed internally, even the PINK color is triggering me now.I hate PINK now.I passed by a good distance between both those doors. I thought the PINK Door won't be much threatening but it sure is. What is it even representing?Love? Like? Cherry blossom tree? Ah no it had roses. The flower I hate too now.I looked down at my legs, remembering I got pricked by thorns when I was running away from him. He almost sounded like those creeps who were under a love potion spell.I shivered in disgust. "Yeah, nope." I mumbled. The RED door came in my vision and I gave it a side glance before passing by it. But as it was planned by
Evelyn POV I stayed shunned. I mean what was I supposed to do? Except for my eyes widened like they're about to roll off my sockets and then Esmeralda would be creeped out because she was some upfitted villain. "This is all a dream... right? Xavier couldn't possibly resurrect you this early." I chuckled nervously. She looked in my eyes way too seriously that the back of my hairs went on a rollercoaster rise up ride. "Now heal yourself, loser." Esmeralda said, smirking as she backed away, dusting her hands. I clutched my stomach, my breath heaving up and down as I couldn't decipher what's going on. I lookes at the rest of my body, thinking maybe I'm back to being Xavier but... "I'm still me..." I mumbled, trying to sit up but the blade went deeper as I moved. I hissed, biting my lower lip to strain me from screaming in pain. It was piercing it's way in. The blade just kept growing inside me. "What... what?..." I didn't know what to do. I couldn't move, I was in a weird place w
Evelyn POVI groaned, feeling water sprinkled on my cheek repetitively. I fluttered open my eyes, groggily trying to unblur my vision. The first thing in sight was another kind of ceiling. Do I have a thing with ceilings or what? Also where I am this time? Because I remember the hotel's ceiling. There was a coffees stain which looked like a map."You're awake." I bolted upright at the voice. It was my voice but I didn't say anything."Hey, I know you're in there. Do what I'm telling you to do." I heard my voice again."Where is this even coming from?" I frowned, looking down at myself.Surprisingly, I was back in Xavier's body even in my dream.I stood up and looked around the room. Surveying the dark and dull environment."Cheese, Where are the lights?" I searched for the lights, swaying my hands
Evelyn POVI was trying to decipher the situation I was laying in. Literally, because I'm still crouching down as I can't risk him seeing me. He's a wizard which means you never what wild magic they would cast.Rather than thinking, I decided to look around as far as my limit could reach. My head jerked around but I couldn't see much well in the darkness. If only I had my wolf senses, this would've been much easier.I tried again, squinting my eyes and pressuring them to look through the dark shadow looming over me.Wait, did I say a shadow looming over me?I hesitantly looked up, finding Xavier A.K.A. my body with the eyes staring right into my soul.I think I got caught."Hm... I'm sure I felt something." He scratched his girl's head, returning back to the fluffy pillow.Did he see me or not? Is he pretending? because he's really good at that.I peeked at him, stretching up as I
Clara's POVI heard some murmurs and some shifting on the bed beside me. It woke me up from my peaceful sleep and that person is lucky I wasn't irritated because you hardly get a good sleep with the fetuses playing dodgeball in your belly."What is even going on?" I groaned, sitting up."Is Evelyn possessed or what?" Janice whispered in my ear, startling me badly.I raised my hand and slapped her across the cheek, later coming to my senses. "Oh... so..." I nervously began, seeing how she was composing herself."Was the slap strong or light? How would you like to rate it?" I am getting weaker in excuses because I just dig a grave for myself. Is anyone interested to attend my funeral?"For once, please shut up," Eclipse growled, going back to sleep."Let's just check out her because she's been talking in her sleep and what the heck is she doing right now?" Janice spoke, glancing at Evelyn."What?" I looked over at her and she was hugging herself. "Is she cold or does she cuddles someone
Evelyn's POVThe minute my hand was grabbed by none other than Xavier, I doubted whether this was a dream."Evelyn..." He muttered, gazing into my eyes. His eyes were trained on my every move.I thought he was sleeping!"Uh...Fancy meeting you here?" Did I really just say that? I think Clara is rubbing it off on me.His eyes trailed down to where my fingers were holding the boarding ticket. His forehead formed creasing lines as his eyebrows narrowed down at it."Spying on me?" He arched his brow at me, smirking.Okay, it's my face that I'm staring at but man that smirk is riding up the back of my hair. And I must say, it looks cool on me. I should try smirking when I get back into my body.My body! Right!"Did you think I would leave my body alone with you? Give me back my body." I snarled at him."Then come and get it." He challenged me.I blinked. "I am here..." I gestured to myself with my other free hand."No, I meant not your soul." He groaned, feeling the pain as if he had experi
Evelyn POVThis is dreadful. My life has come to a stage where every truth seems to be harsh. Harsh reality as the saying goes by.This is not normal. I was just living my jolly life by teasing or torturing Ivy when I liked and was having fun with that. When did it come to this!?"Will you stop pacing around the room? You're acting like this is some serious unbearable news." Xavier scoffed, laying his back against the headboard of the bed and folding his arms against his girly chest.I halted in my steps, turning my heels to him. "Because it is! I... you're... oh dear I can't even say it. What am I supposed to tell my future kids when they ask how old their father is? Right, just swing by and tell 'oh! I wanted to see how it feels to marry an old man so I gave it a try.' That doesn't makes sense!!" I exclaimed, making my point clear for the pacing I've been doing for the past minutes.I even lost the count of the time."Wait wait..." Xavier sat up straight, gesturing with his hand as
Evelyn's POVAround me was just darkness enveloping and after a while, that light sight of vision was starting to be blocked. I felt the darkness moving closer towards me. I'm still stuck in this void of his subconsciousness. When will I get out??"$@#%@*#,$" An unknown voice with no knowledge of the language echoed in the darkness.I frowned, "Hello? Xavier, this is your doing, I'm not gonna let you off so easily." I said in agitation.I wanted to get out of this space already.Wind passed by me in seconds as my hair swayed back and my eyes reluctantly closed on their own by the force. "What the-" I opened my eyes just to be face to face with a man.I flinched, taking a few steps back. The head of that man raised and to my horror it was Xavier. But, he looked lifeless. His face was covered with dark spots, red-shot eyes and hair dishevelled. He stretched his hand out to me before whispering. "Save me-"And I woke up. The same ceiling of the room hotel was in front of my eyes. Clara
