Thirty one: Upset

Thinking about all Adrienne had said, I couldn't concentrate on my work. It was Friday, which meant it was time to work. But instead of focusing on working, all I could think of was how crazy she had seemed threatening. There was absolutely no one who had spoken to me in such a manner. It felt as if her voice was everywhere in my mansion. 

Feeling so disturbed, I hopped from my seat, heading to the kitchen to grab a hot alcohol. Stepping out, I bumped into something. Maybe someone. 

"Who the heck—" I wanted to yell, but I stopped when I saw it was Ethan. Of course it would be him. No one else had the audacity to come into my study room. 

"Dude, calm down. It was only a mistake," he apologized.
