Studying on my bed, I couldn't help but grumble at myself. I was so stressed out for no particular reason. It was probably because I had been studying too much these days.
Water. I had to drink water first.
About to get up so I'd get water from the kitchen, my phone rang from the bed. I rolled my eyes before grabbing the buzzing thing. Seeing it was Sebastian, I was a little nervous.
"Hey?" I greeted as soon as I picked up.
"Um, good evening." His voice was thick, beautiful and boring as usual. I wanted to roll my eyes, but I decided to be nice. It wasn't even as if he had said anything wrong.
"Evening too. You need something?" I asked.
He cleared his throat. "Well, I just want you to know I'll be a little late for tomorrow's project. I've got so much work to do."
