Beatrice's POV

As we arrived back to the pack, the werewolves met us on our way. They are wondering about what happened to us, just how they looked at us.

“What happened to her, Alpha Tobias?”

One of them inquired, his eyes were on me. I bit my bottom lips, still my hands wrapped around the neck of the alpha. Tobias still was not putting me down while my wound was still aching but the pain lessened already. I felt better and it's because of Tobias.

“She stepped on a sharp blade.” Tobias responded to him. The werewolves in front of us just nodded their heads and Tobias didn't waste time. He brought me to the pack clinic and the doctor began to clean my wound. The alpha was outside and he just left me with the doctor.

“You must be thankful that your wound is not that deep. It will only take three days before the pain will disappear.” I nodded my head from what the pack doctor had told me. She was almost done covering my wound.
