Chapter 2. Zivanna Mariah Electra

Leonardo Davidson drove his car away from his house. Today he was forced to drive himself because the driver was having an emergency. He forgot to sign some important papers, so he rushed to the office and didn't have time to eat breakfast.

 "Alfredo, prepare breakfast for me. I don't have time for breakfast at home." 

Leonardo called Alfredo by phone. Before Alfredo had time to answer, Leonardo had already turned off the phone. 

"Huffftttt." Alfredo exhaled roughly. 

"Who?" A young woman with a beautiful appearance lying on a bed, with an IV line in her hand, asked.

 "Leonardo called me. I'm sorry, I have to go to the office now." Alfredo replied, holding the woman's hand and kissing her forehead. The woman nodded her head.

 "No problem. Go on." The woman replied with a smile. Alfredo nodded his head, then walked out of the room, leaving the woman. Zivanna Mariah Electra, the woman's name. She is Alfredo's younger brother. She had an accident several months ago and is still undergoing treatment at the hospital. Alfredo kept his younger sister a secret simply because he didn't want Leonardo to know. Leonardo, Zivanna and Alfredo were childhood friends. Even until both Alfredo and Zivanna's parents died in an accident, Leonardo's parents helped finance Alfredo and Zivanna's life until finally Alfredo worked at Leonardo's father's company. Alfredo managed to send Zivanna to school abroad. A few months ago, Zivanna returned and worked for a foreign company, but unfortunately, she had a serious accident and had to be hospitalized. Leonardo liked Zivanna a long time ago, but Alfredo never gave him the opportunity to approach Zivanna until Zivanna left to continue his education abroad. Although Leonardo was very kind to Alfredo and Zivanna, Alfredo did not want Zivanna to be treated like the women who had been Leonardo's lovers. For this, Alfredo did not believe in Leonardo.

He also warned his younger sister. Zivanna also knew very well how Leonardo was behaving with the women he was dating, so Zivanna agreed to keep his whereabouts a secret. She knew Leonardo loved her but like her brother Alfredo, Zivanna also didn't believe in Leonardo.

 "Good morning, Miss Zivanna. How are you today?" A man's voice greets. Zivanna flinched then looked at the door where the sound was coming. A handsome young man wearing a white coat that opens with a maroon red shirt on the inside, with a big smile, striding definitely towards Zivanna. 

"Doctor Andreson?" Zivanna thought. 

"Good morning too Doctor, I feel better today," replied Zivanna with a smile. 

"It's just the two of us here. Just call me Andreson," replied the man. Zivanna smiled, then nodded her head.

Doctor Anderson was Zivanna's high school friend. After a long time, the two only met again when Zivanna was admitted to the hospital where doctor Anderson worked. 

"Alfredo isn't here yet?" Anderson asked as he sat on the chair beside Zivanna's bed. 

" Already, but he's gone again. Something urgent, " replied Zivanna.

 "Hmm. Still don't want to eat hospital food?" Andreson smiled as he stood up and then checked the food on the table. Zivanna shook her head.

 " Alfredo has brought breakfast for me."

 "I know. This, right? Hmm, it smells really good. I'll feed you."

 Anderson said, then sat back down with a lunchbox.

 "Anderson, I can do it myself. Don't bother yourself."

 Zivanna refused in a subtle tone, then slowly got up and leaned back.

 "I want to do it for you. Let me feed you, Zivanna." Andreson said half insistently. Zivanna did not argue anymore.

" Have a drink first. ” Anderson handed Zivanna a glass of water.

 "Thank you," said Zivanna. 

"Next time Alfredo becomes unavailable, call me so I can feed you something." Anderson said while feeding Zivanna. 

"But there is a nurse who takes care of all my needs. I don't want to bother you." Zivanna denied it.

 "From the past until now you still haven't changed. Stay stubborn." Andreson said in a half whisper. Zivanna only smiled.

 'It's pointless arguing with her. Whatever she refuses, I'll still come. I don't feel bothered anyway. ' Andreson thought. 

"Done. Good girl." Anderson said, handing Zivanna the tissue.

"Thanks Anderson, " said Zivanna in a half whisper. Knock! Knock! Knock! The door was knocked. Anderson and Zivanna spontaneously turned toward the door. A nurse dressed all in white complete with a mask can be seen walking in. "Doctor, someone's looking for you, "said the nurse. 

"Thank you, nurse. Please give medicine to Miss Zivanna. I'll be right back." Anderson replied. "Okay Doc, "replied the nurse.

 "Wait a minute. I'll be back." Andreson said to Zivanna. Zivanna nodded her head with a smile. Andreson nodded his head then walked out of the room. "Hey, I'm here!" A man's voice called out. Anderson spontaneously turned his head.

Leonardo? "He was surprised to see who was looking for him so early. Leonardo Davidson, the CEO of the Diamond Star company, is Anderson's cousin. He then walked over to Leonardo. "Leonardo? What's up here so early? Are you sick?" Anderson asked in a worried tone.

 "I'm fine. I've come to invite you over to my house tonight." 

"To your house? You're having another party? Why don't you just call?" Anderson asked. 

"If you answered my phone, I wouldn't come here. I called you a dozen times but you didn't answer. I thought you were busy, so I came here right away." Anderson just remembered, he left his cell phone in the room.

 "Sorry I visited Zivanna earlier, I left my cell phone in my room, " said Anderson.

Okay, no problem. I'm from the office and came straight here just to see you. I'm waiting for your arrival tonight. Don't fail to come. There are more beautiful women tonight. I will prepare the best for you," said Leonardo, glancing at his watch and turned his body to leave Anderson. Only two steps walk, he suddenly stopped. Quickly walked back toward Anderson. 

"Zivanna, Zivanna, Zivanna. Anderson, I heard you mention Zivanna's name earlier. Who is she? Your girl friend?" Leonardo looked up and glared at Anderson.

"Zivanna, she's one of my patients. Why do you ask?" 

Anderson was curious. 

"Oh, your patient? I'm just asking. His name is similar to someone's, " replied Leonardo. 

"Who? " asked Anderson.

 "A woman in my past. Never mind, forget it. I'm leaving," said Leonardo and walked away from the confused Anderson.

 'Hufftt. He hasn't changed at all. Only parties and women on his mind. Oh yeah, I'm curious, he asked about Zivanna earlier. The name Zivanna is similar to the name of a girl in her past. Could it be that the Zivanna he meant was Zivanna Mariah Electra? Ah, why am I curious like this?' Anderson thought as he massaged his forehead and walked toward his room.
