The first ALEX'S POV:

I sat before Killian's hospital bed. My hand holding his as I wipe his face with lukewarm water.

I have cried a lot and this past week's been hard for me. I couldn't do anything on my own, I have gotten used to Killian doing certain things for me.

"When will you wake up? I need you, our child needs you," I said, already on the verge of tears.
