It was ages before Tasha turned up, I was almost close to sending a search party out for her but as she knocks on the door, Daryl makes his excuses and leaves. He knew we had much to discuss and as much as I wanted him to be here, he said it would probably be easier if it was just me and her.

“Taylor told you didn’t she?” she refuses to look at me, her eyes darting around the room

“It should have been you Tasha, you should have been the one to tell me. You are my closest friend, why didn’t you”

She focuses on her feet “Would you have killed them?”

“What?”

“You heard me Rudina, would you have killed them?”

“The girls?”

She shakes her head at me like I was stupid “The humans?”

I pause for a moment to long,

“See” she shakes her head “You haven’t killed anyone since Christian, it is like you have gone soft.
