Sebastian's POV

"What? Can you repeat what you said, Sebastian!" Mula sa gilid ni Papa ay dumungay si Mama.

I called Papa through video call to say that I wanted to marry Zariah. I am alone here in my room because she still prefers to sleep in the guest room. Kanina pa ako tingin ng tingin sa pinto ko na baka magbago ang isip niya at matulog ngayon dito sa tabi ko. Sinabi ko naman sa kanya na hindi ko ila-lock ang pinto, pero wala ata siguro siyang balak.

When she showed me the marriage certificate, I went straight to the house to ask my dad and get the mayor's number. I'll call and ask the mayor that night, and there I'll learn what really happened.

"Ma, can you all come here tomorrow? Can you help me surprise my wife?"
