"What is going on with you and Will?", Annie hears as she is keeping her books in her locker and turns. It was Jake.
"I don't believe we are close enough for you to ask me such question", she replies and he forces her locker shut to get her attention.
"Maybe I messed up. I shouldn't have worked with Bianca, maybe I shouldn't want you back after what I did. But, it happened already", he says with a shrug. "I'm not saying what I did was right, but what I'm saying is that I'm sorry. We can just be friends. I still love you though but I like being your friend better than this position we're in"

Annie walks into school hurriedly with Brenda and Carrie. Annie had woken up late making them late and now they only had a few minutes left till their class would begin. Will is turning about in his bed at night.
