Chapter Eighty-six

[Laura's point of view]

While Eugene pushed the wheelchair I was sitting in, my eyes kept wandering. I can't believe I live in this big house; it seems like only yesterday I was pouring coffee into a cup, and then when I woke up, boom, here I am, living in a new place, people…

"Mommy!" I looked up at where the two voices came from.

"Boys, don't be too naughty, okay?" Eugene talked to them.

"Yes, Daddy." one of the twins nodded.

"Aye Aye Captain!" The other one even saluted his Daddy mischievously before turning to me and smiling. It's so cute because even its eyes seem to be smiling as well as its cheeks.

I don't know what reaction I have to show them. I was just stunned as I looked at the two boys who both had beautiful smiles staring at me.

"H-hello..." I greeted them.

"Hi." replied the boy with a serious face.

"Hello Mommy, I miss you so much!" one greeted silently, both hands behind his back.

I smiled when I noticed the movement of its feet. I extended my hand to them. I can't
