Chapter Ten

Alex stood up from the dining table as he led the way to the mini office that was in his house.

Alyssa followed after him, and as they got to the office room Alex sat on his seat and offered Alyssa a seat. There was a moment of silence between them as Alex brought out the contract files. Both his copy of the file and The one he had made for Alyssa.

He handed over to Alyssa her copy of the file as she went through it without any form of distraction.

After she was done going through all that was in the contract she started reading it out to Alex like she didn't know what was written on the file already.

Effort! I know everything written on that piece of paper and that is not why I gave it to you to read, Alex said coldly, sending shivers down Alyssa's spine.

Alex kept on speaking "I gave you to go through the contract and tell me if you are fine with the terms and conditions of the contract and also if there is any reasonable thing you would like to add to the contract"
