Alyssa woke up to a severe headache and it wasn't due to alcohol, it was due to her sickness she has been stressing herself along lately which is after her badly, Alyssa has given up on herself she has told herself that she wasn't going to go through the stress and pain her mum went through before she died, that's why she decided not to do surgery because if might turn out the same way it turned out for her mum so Alyssa has accepted her faith that she was going to die soon.
