You’re late

Fera impatiently waited in her room for news of Hurai, but it was only until around six in the evening when she finally got some feedback from her servant.

“Princess Hurai,” Zera, the same servant that had reported Hurai’s whereabouts said the moment she entered her room, with a small bow of her head.

“Speak…” Fera said with a sense of urgency, the moment Zera entered.

“She ordered the clothes about ten minutes ago. She should still be in her room dressing up,” Zera reported prepared to receive further instructions from her master, ones that would allow her to get favors in the future.

What she wasn’t expecting was to be disappointed and sent off.

“That would be all. You know not to tell a soul,” Fera told her, sending a severe look at the servant in front of her. She was too proactive, and over the years she had learned that those are the ones she needed to watch out for.
