He walked to his room, eyes finding Lexie stood by the closet, holding in hand the bag that contained all the money he had left.

She looked over at him, eyes gaping wide. "It beeped, something inside of it beeped!"

Zheme swallowed heavily, shaking his head in denial. "I searched that bag, no we searched that bag, there was nothing inside, so hearing a beep is certainly impossible."

"I heard it Zheme," Lexie persisted. "I swear to god, I heard it."

Zheme grabbed the bag from her grasp, shaking its contents out onto the floor. The money, that's all he saw, nothing else and that somehow managed to calm his bursting nerves. "See Kitten, you're being delusional, there's nothing in the ba—"

A sudden sound drifted like the wind to both their ears, a ringtone, a phone, a f*cking phone! Zheme didn't bring his phone, he had left it in his car and furthermore, this annoying sound was not his ringtone, so whose w—?"
