Third Person's POV Aiden came out of the shower with a towel wrapped around his waist. He had a faraway look on his face as he walked toward the bed. The Omega exhaled as he turned around and let his body fall back onto the bed. He stared at the ceiling with a smile. He brought his hands to his lips and closed his eyes as he remembered what Thaddeus's lips felt like against them. Aiden trailed his hand along his neck, remembering Thaddeus's lips against it. His fingers glide along his neck, and a shiver runs down his spine when he touches the spot Thaddeus has chosen to place his mark. He knows Thaddeus chose that spot. He left a bright red mark from sucking on it, and Winter refused to heal it. The silly wolf proudly puffed his chest out when he saw the mark in the mirror. It wasn't an official claiming mark, but it was still given to them by their Alpha. Winter wants it to stay there as long as possible. Aiden turned his head, and his eyes landed on the black T-shirt the Alpha
Third Person's POV Aiden licked his lips, satisfied that he finally tasted the punch. The Omega threw his empty cup away and happily hummed as he turned towards Zendaya. The Delta 1 laughed as she wrapped her arm around his shoulder. “Oh my goodness, you are way too cute! Come on, let me introduce you to a few people,” Aiden blushed at her words but became nervous as she led him toward an area where many people seemed to be gathering. The Omega was once again surprised with how friendly everyone was toward him. He was shocked at how many people called him Luna, and at times, he looked around for this so-called Luna. Aiden smiled at everyone as they slowly made their way through the crowd. But his smile faltered when he saw the group of scary guys in their path. Aiden tucked himself closer to Zendaya and made sure he kept his eyes cast down, afraid to make eye contact. Aiden was surprised they made it past them and no one tried to hurt him or call him names. Relief washed over
Third Person's POV Thaddeus hated that he was running late. He had planned to be at the bonfire an hour ago but was stuck inside making phone calls. They discovered why the scouts left Michael's property so abruptly. It’s because they are surrounding his territory now. At first, they only spotted two of them. But just today alone, as the day wore on, they spotted more and more all along the outside of their territory. Just as Thaddeus was ready to head there with Zeus, they turned and left. The Alpha has been calling the surrounding packs in their area, trying to figure out who is scouting their territory. As the Alpha leaves his office, he has more questions than answers. Thaddeus pushes all those thoughts aside for now and focuses on one thing: Aiden. The Alpha wheels himself outside and immediately begins scanning the area, looking for his Omega. The Alpha's heart flutters when his eyes land on Aiden, standing near the fire. The Alpha approaches as quietly as he can, and onc
Third Person's POV Aiden slowly woke up, feeling warm and incredibly comfortable. He nuzzled against the warmth under him and then froze when he realized the warmth under him was moving. Aiden opened his eyes and realized he was not lying on a bed; he was lying on a chest. The movement he felt was the rise and fall of that chest with each breath. Aiden heard his heartbeat against his ear. He became aware of the tingles as he lifted his head. Aiden feels the weight of Thaddeus's arms wrapped around him. His left leg rests between the Alpha's legs, and his right is hiked up and wrapped around his waist. Aiden’s cheeks feel warm as he blushes, embarrassed that he must have climbed on top of the Alpha and used him as a bed at some point during the night. Aiden looks up at Thaddeus's face and sees his eyes are closed. He feels the steady rise and fall of his chest; he's sleeping. Aiden lets his eyes rake over the Alpha's face, amazed by how handsome he is. Even in his sleep, he c
Third Person's POV After cleaning Aiden and showering, the Alpha paused beside the bed, staring at his Omega. He thought falling asleep with the Omega in his arms was amazing, but waking up with him was heavenly. He couldn't believe how bold his little Omega was. It was a side of Aiden he didn't know existed. Images of the pleasure dancing on the Omega's face caused his heart to beat faster. The Alpha had never seen anything so beautiful and magical. It made him want to crawl back into bed and do it all over again. Images of the Omega touching his legs caused the Alpha to look away for a moment and picture it more clearly. It terrified him. He thought the Omega would see his legs for what they truly were: useless and ugly from atrophy. He braced himself, but the Omega surprised him. Instead, he touched them, caressed them, and accepted them. The Alpha reached forward and ran his fingers along the side of Aiden's delicate cheek. “I love you, my Omega,” Thaddeus whispered before
Abigail's POV I run for my dear life through the pack house, laughing my ass off with an almost naked Xander chasing me. Apparently he didn't find it funny when I put shaving cream on his hand and tickled his face, causing him to slap a giant palm full of shaving cream all over his face while napping. I raced down the stairs with him hot on my tail. "Get back here you little devil!" Xander yelled. I swing the front door open and yell back, "Catch me if you can!" I try to pick up my pace, but I'm laughing so hard I'm finding it hard to run. I normally would have no problem out running him, but I can barely breathe from laughing so hard. You should have seen the look of shock on his face with the cream all over it as he laid there looking at his hand in a daze! Another wave of laughter rolls through me as Xander tackles me to the ground. He straddles my lap with his knees resting on my arms, pinning them down. "So you think that was funny, huh?" He said with an evil smirk o
Marcus POV "Baby girl, if this idiot doesn't shut up, I swear to Goddess, I'm going to strangle him!... And it's not going to be my fault!" I said through the link to Zendaya. "Thaddeus will never forgive you if you go and kill our brother." My baby girl said, laughing at my expense. "That's okay, he'll still have me!" I said. I swear, this lady just doesn't understand my pain. I can't believe she actually likes listening to Xander's lame jokes. I mean, COME ON! This idiot can talk anyone's head off! "We only have half an hour left for patrol. Suck it up baby, you can do this," she said. "Fine!" I huff. Zendaya's on the other side of the territory doing patrols. I think she just finds it amusing when I'm tortured by Xander. "How do you follow Will Smith in the snow?.... You follow the fresh prints!" Xander said laughing at his stupid dad joke. I roll my eyes and try to ignore him. "I'm afraid for the calendar. Its days are numbered!" He said and actually laughed at the stu
Aiden's POV I don't know how long Thaddeus has been gone, but I haven't moved from my spot on the bed. I sit here, squeezing his pillow as tight as I can against me. I'm terrified, my body hasn't stopped trembling, and his scent is doing nothing to calm me down. We were attacked by rogues a few times at my old pack. I remember one specific time a rogue made it into the packhouse, and no one warned us we were even under attack. Or at least they never warned me. I was going on about my day when I came out of the kitchen, face to face with one, and he attacked me. I almost died that day. Some of my wounds were so bad I actually needed stitches. It was one of the only times the Alpha actually sent me to the pack hospital. I still remember the surprised look on the Alpha's face when he saw me laying there, struggling to breathe, and choking on my own blood after one of his warriors killed the rogue and saved me. I hear footsteps approaching the door and my head snaps in that direction.
