Failed operation

Luca asked Gemma to run to the car. She's his main priority, she should be safe first. He counted the remaining cops, they're three remaining.

He and Gemma had taken four officers down during the shoot out. He could take the remaining three officers down on his own.

Gemma stood up and started to run to the car, then suddenly he heard a gunshot.

Luca followed the sound of the shot and his eyes landed on Gemma. He watched her pause, watched her hold her stomach and his eyes went wide in shock. She's been shot!!

The clicking sound of a gun close to him made him remove his gaze from Gemma. He turned towards the sound of the gun and he saw the officer trying to shoot at Gemma again.

Instantly, Luca shot at him and the officer dropped dead. His eyes went back to Gemma and he saw her fall to the ground.

"No, no, no!!" He screamed.

Rage brewed up inside him as he watched the woman he loves fall to the ground in pain. She's bleeding profusely.
