Maiden POV:

For a week I was watching her, seeing how good of an instructor she been teaching the ladies how to fight. I stood in the shadows so she could never see me, it's been really hard for me to adjust with her being here. The mate bond been trying to take over, I fight my way through it every time. But it seems to get harder that sometimes I feel that I’m going to pass out from the pain. I don’t want my pack members see me become weak.

For so long I was trying to tell myself I don’t need a mate to fix my broken life, I learn to cope with my problems alone.
