Chapter 45: Story Time
Damian’s POV
Her legs turned to jelly…she couldn’t walk back so I shifted back and carried her, she shifted back in my arms and wrapped her arms around my neck, resting her head on my shoulder “I love you, Damian!” she whispers before falling asleep.
“Damian, what happened? Is she okay?” My father rushes forward, worry and panic written across his features.
