Xavier's POV

It still seemed like a nightmare. The whole crowd went silent the minute I passed the winning line. I couldn't believe it. Danzo followed almost immediately and then the rest of the players. Everyone was stunned. Danzo was like one of their best bikers, and I actually won against him. Just when I was not expecting it. I had no plans of winning this guy. In short, I did not even think I was in any category close to how fast he was. His bike was plain dead. Everything was just fine, perfect. But yet I won him.

I turned and looked at Tulip. She was stuck. She couldn't heal; she couldn't jubilate. She couldn't celebrate for me. But she was surprised. I could tell. I knew all of them came here to support Danzo. Even Damian came here to shame me and make sure that Danzo won. I won the competition, and I won the prize. Oh my God.

I drove my bike back to where Tulip was. I avoided her. I took my seat and cleaned my forehead from the sweat I had. Maybe it was out of the panic
