However, Karen stopped them. She took her inhaler from Sam and made use of it. Although she was not completely fine, she refused to go to the hospital.

"Karen, please." Ian begged "You're not fine..we need to check you up."

But Karen shook her head again. She picked up her bag that she had dropped on the ground, walked over to where Kevin stood. The glimpse came again and he was able to see the tears on her face.

He cursed himself and regretted his decision, if only she could let him explain.

"You..you should have told me," Karen found her voice, trying hard not to breakdown again "You should have told me instead of drugging me, Kevin."

Unable to take another second staring at the man she would give her all to anytime any day, she dropped the divorce paper on his desk and walked out of the company.
