I feel really nervy like I'm about to go for a real marriage proposal tonight. I don't wanna fuck this up. Knowing Claire, one little mistake might make her reject the proposal, fake or not, or she might get into an argument with me and ruin the engagement plans.

I breathed out for calmness before going downstairs to meet her, but I when I got there, expecting to see her in her beauty glory, I got disappointed with her absence. I almost rolled my eyes.
