Collins had been laying low for days. He knew that the heat was on and the feds were hot on his tail. He couldn't conduct or supervise his businesses anymore. He had to be more careful than ever,

He dropped all his phones to his right hand man, Fredo, and instructed him to handle all the businesses from now on, Fredo was trustworthy, and Collins knew he could count on him,

"Take these phones and keep them safe," Collins said as he handed the devices to Fredo, "I don't want any of them to fall into the wrong hands."

Fredo nodded, and Collins quickly left the scene, He drove straight to his safe house, where he knew he could lay low for a few days. The safe house was located in a remote location and was heavily guarded. Collins knew he was safe there.
