KOA’S POV

“You have hunted enough meat for us to feast on for months and you even got the flower crown you wanted so why are you still unsatisfied?” Faris, a beta who was terrible at his job of supporting his alpha, asked me.

“Did you see her face?” I asked him.

“Who?” He frowned.

“Persephone Adelard.”

I went through all that trouble to make sure Cassius Raven did not get the chance to impress her with a stupid flower crown. I was going to put a damper on the mood between them. She said it herself, she told me she did not care to be the Lady of the Hunt so I did what I had to do to make sure Raven did not get a chance to impress her.

I loooove Koa's perspective. I also love that there are men in the kingdom who respect P's hustle and intellect. She really is a go-getter. Koa should probably take at least a little of her advice lol
