I decided to wait on the bleachers for Quinlan to return. I could only hope he didn't go to cause chaos in his father's office, because I was sure that was where he had driven in a fit of rage. I then understood why Queen didn't disclose to him either that his father had attacked me. There was no one in sight except the guards at the main entrance. Things had happened so fast—one minute I was a servant, the next minute Quinlan had chosen me to be his mate.

"Does he know?" I spoke out loud, referring to my father. I knew word must have spread around the territories. I didn't dwell on that thought either because my mind drifted to Aria's words from the goddess herself. I couldn't help but wonder what she meant by my wolf appearing at the right time. I watched in thought as cars drove inside one by one.
