Kara was exhausted when she got home, it was late. She had not seen Matthew that day either, he had been gone when she woke up, so she started to move her horses back to her ranch. Maybe she had overstayed her welcome. She would see about getting a stable ready for herself if it finally came to that, but for now she wanted to stay as close to him as she could, even if it meant just knowing that he slept in the same house.
